EVERYBODY DREAMS.

ALL HAVE! A MEANING. LONDON, March 4. “There is always a meaning in dreams, but they must be interpreted with understanding of their symbolical value,” said Dr J. R, Rees, addressing tilie Council of Mental Hygiene. “As an example of the creative type of dreams, I once had a patient who dreamed the book, the lyrics, and the music of a musical comedy, and got up in the middle of the night and began to write. It was awful tripe, and ran in London for nearly a year. “Dreams might be affected bv personal characteristics, of which the dreamer is only subconsciously aware,” continued Dr Ross. “A parson who preached the same sermons year after year complained that he was continually dreaming that he was a parrot in a. cage. “Everyone dreams all right,” added Dr Rees. “You can have one of those six-reel dreams in about five seconds.”
