RELEASE OF POLITICAL PRISONERS, (United Preso Asnociation—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright i CALCUTTA, March 12. A message, from. Bombay indicates the sudden release from prison of over four thousand Congress volunteers was seriously embarrassing to the leaders of the volunteers, who were trained in disobedience and supplied with their needs by Congress. The leaders were housed and clothed. They are now forced with unemployment, and no resources.
