N.S.W. POLITICS. (Australian Press Association.) (Received this day at 8 n.m.) SYDNEY, March 12. Mr Bavin, continuing his attack on the Arbitration Bill,, declared the Bill was not so much a measure to settle industrial disputes, as one to create a dispute with the Upper House, which was bound to eliminate the move objectionable' clauses and thereby enable the Premier to make political capital out of its action. The Bill was read n second time.
