MR J. L. PR ICE’S ACTION. GOV ER.N AI EXT FEARS. (Australian Press Association.) (Received 9.50 a.m.) CANBERRA,, Alarcli 1 : 2. AH J. R. Price, who was re-elected as Secretary of the Parliamentary Labour Party at the recent re-alloc-ation of portfolios, announced his resignation of that office. He states ho will vote against the Government on a no-confidence motion, Air Price says that his action was dictated by Mr Theodore’s reinstatement as Treasurer and Mr ScuJlift’s treatment of Alessrs? Lyons and Fenton. Air Price’s action is entirely unexpected, and the Government fears is a prelude to an adverse vote in the House on a censure motion.
