OTAGO RALLY. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) DUNEDIN, March 11. One thousand Boy Scouts and one thousand Girl Guides took part m a masked rally at Cnrisbrook to-day on the occasion of the vidt ol Lord and Lady Baden Powell. Some 250 journeyed 1 1 y special train from Invercargill. " 1 contingents were present from North, South and Central Otago. An effective display of drill, marching, scontcraft and firnt aid attracted a orowr! of from 10,000 to 12,000. Lord Baden Powell, addressing the -thcring, referred to the great work done by the Scout movement by Dr P(Tunnel Fenwick, Dominion Commissioner and, in appreciation of same, presented him with a silver wolf, the highest decoration that the Scout Movement can offer.
