The Bill seeks to establish an industrial Parliament consisting of three hundred members, forty representing the Commons and twenty the House of Lords, one hundred each representing employers, and trades unions, forty from the official council, this body to he the. normal channel between .the organisers of industry and Ministry of Labour and would deal with all industrial bills, threats of strikes, and lockouts. The bill was read a first time.
