BOWLING
Two rinks from the Picton Bowling Club played u game on the local green yesterday afternoon against the local Club, victory resting with the visitors in both games. The green rolled out well and an interesting game resulted. The details were:— Picton.—Cat to. Webster, Nico], Cook (s). — 25. Hokitika.—Kerr, Dew, King, W. Wilson (s).—l9. Picton.—Fuller, Todd, Bravley, 0. Smith (s). —21. Hokitika.— Nancekivell, Cooke, Breeze, Stevenson (s). —19. Owing to the weather conditions prevailing it is not probable that the game with Grey Club will take place to-morrow. . .
