The Court of Appeal this morning made orders striking John Llewellyn Charles Merton of Palmerston North, barrister a<nd solicitor, and Leslie Bruce GilfiHan of Hamilton, barrister and solicitor oil the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Dominion. Neither of the practitioners was represented and orders were made on the application of Mr Van Haast, counsel lor Llie Law Society. The ground alleged a.-gainst each practitioner was thesame, that of converting trust moneys to his own use. Costs of £ls/15/were allowed in both cases.
