ADDRESS-IN-REPLY. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 6. Air Forbes stated to-day that the Address-in-Reply motion would he moved by Air Juil, and seconded by Air AlaePherson. UPPER HOUSE. NO NEW APPOINMENTS. AVELLINGTON, March 6. The Prime Minister, Mr Forbes, today announced that no fresh appointments or reappointments will be made in the Legislative Council at present, with the exception of Mr Carneross, the Speaker, whose term of office expires in June.
