FLOODS IN HOBART. HOBART, March 4. Heavy rains throughout Tasmania caused flooding in a number of rivers, interrupting load traffic. Roads in many places are under water. Allendale township is threatened by waters from the Junes river. The bridge over the Florentine was washed away and many others were severely damaged.
