FROM BRITISH RUGBY. [United Press Association.— Vj Electrio \ Telegraph.—Copyright.] PARIS, March 3. Newspapers devote columns to France’s expulsion from the Rugby championship. Some consider the action regrettable, some humiliating, and r others notably the “Echo de Paris” do not deny that French Rugby “is disloyal, unintelligent and brutal, supremely unpleasant.” The “Lauto” says the decision deprives France of the principal benefits of both material and moral derived from British matches.
