FISH “HALF SKAS OVER.” H,ugc' catches of drunken fish are reported from the South Carolina Coast, following the recent dumping of 2,000 sacks of seized bootleg whisky ill the estuary at Beaufort, says a New York exchange. Half a dozen people returned from a fishing expedition with great catches. They explained that the fish bit recklessly as soon as the hook struck the water.
