FINGERS SEVERED
ACCIDENT AT SAWMILL. CHRISTCHURCH, February |2o. F. Fever, aged fifty-five, of 28 Beresford Street, New Brighton, a partner in Litten and Co. sawmillors, Hanmer Springs, had‘all five fingers of his right hand severed when starting work yesterday morning. IT, was treated at tlie Queen Mary tlospra! ard then sent on to the Rotherham ’Hospital. He was reported to be doing well in the evening.
