DEATH OF A STUDENT. RESULT OF STUDENTS RAG. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. J (Received 10.35 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 24. The death of a nineteen year old Freshman, Francis Ellis, is reported., He was found trussed and gagged, with, a number of handkerchiefs ill his bedboom ttt Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge. It puzzled the police until Sir Spilbury’h investigation convinced them that the tragedy was the re* Stilt of a students rag. No sound was heard during the night. There was no sign of a struggle and no strangers were about the building. It is believed the tighness of the knots when the body was found was due to rigour mortis. A man could not have so tied Ellis, unaided.
