Lord Joicev, a prominent North Country life-long Liberal has announced his secession from the party on account of its support for the Labourites Mr Neville Chamberlain admits changes in the staff of the Conservative organisation which opponents are attributing to the failure of the Conservative party to make the headway desired by the party leaders. „ The “Observer’s” political writer (L says Sir Oswald Mosley’s resignation '. from the official Labour party is imminent. He intends to lead a new movement cutting across the parties.
