claim £3 2s 3d and costs 20s 6d. €l. Bansgrove (Afr Elcock) v. Hansford and Mills Construction Coy., claim £36 5s arid costs £4 Is fid. P. J. Kirwan (Mr Elcock) v. Alfonso Morel, claim £2 7s 9d and costs 23s fid.
McKay and Son (Mr Elcock) v. Austin Sumner claim £6 4s 3d and costs 30s 6d. McKay and Son (Mr Elcock) v. Andrew Wright, claim £2 16s and costs 23s 6d. Commercial Trading Coy. (Mr Elcock) v. J. L. W. Hughes, judgment summons 10's ~20. Order -made for payment forthwith. POLICE OFFENCES. The Police charged a prohibited, person with a breach of the order. Air Murdoch appeared for defendant and pleaded guilty. Fined IQs and costs' IQs...
On charges,of being found on licensed premises after hours convictions were recorded as follows. Two offenders (Railway Hotel). One was fined 40s and costs 10s and the other ordered to pay costs 12s. Two offenders (Commercial Hotel). One fined 40s and costs 10s, the other ordered to pay costs 10s. Two offenders (Dominion Hotel), both ordered to pay costs 10s each.
