WAR DEBTS, SHROUDED IN MYSTERY. (Received this day at 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, February 12. The war debts, which were discussed between Mr Scullin and Downing Street, are still shrouded in mystery. For example the Dominion’s Office admits indirect knowledge of negotiations between the Commonwealth and the Imperial Treasury, which latter 'ordinarily represents imer-Imperial financial relations. The Dominion’s Office suggests the possibility of direct negotiations between British and Australian Premiers, thereby avoiding inter-office routine. CAN ADI AN SUBSCRIPTIONS.
