STANDARDISED CHEESE. (Australian Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 12. The Food products Committee of the Empire Marketing Board recommends the Board that the manufacture of New Zealand standardised cheese be discontinued. It is pointed out that the Board pays £2OOO annually for four years towards the Massey College researeli work into the openness of New Zealand cheese.
CLEARANCE OF. WOOL STORES. GISBORNE, February 12. Advice has been received that, shipping companies in order to assist the clearing . of wool stores at Napier, which will be sent to London as speedily as possible, will accept single bales as dumped lots.
