PRISONERS SENTENCED

CHRISTCHURCH, February 9

Prisoners sentenced by Mr Justice Adams to-day were:—Daniel Francis Morgan breaking and entering and theft probation for two years. Earl George Dahinett, forgery and attempted to utter a forged document, probation for two years. William John Duggan, breaking, entering and theft, three charges, twelve months on each to be concurrent. Bruce Avson, who was concerned with Steven James Morighan on two charges of breaking, entering and theft, probation for two years. Morighan, on three similar charges, twelve months imprisonment. Thomas Bartlett and Leonard Rees Wilkinson, breaking, entering and theft, two years probation. William Thompson, indecent assault on a male, ordered to come up for sentence if called on. James Mb Anderson, unnatural offence, twelve months imprisonment.
