CHIEF SCOUT’S VISIT
RALLIES TO BE HELD. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 6. In view the earthquake, the Executive Committee of the Council of Boy; Scouts Association, considered the cancellation of rallies of Boy Scouts arranged in connection with the- visit of Chie Scout. . Lord Baden Powell asr Chief Scout, and Lady Baden are due to arrive in - the Dominion about ten days hence, and as much expenditure has been incurred in tiie completion of arrangements, it was decided to hold the rallies.
