A message from' Bogota, Columbia, states: At least 27 were killed and 21 were wounded in Sunday’s 'Congressional elections. Unconfirmed reports asserted that many more had died. At the Butter Marketing Inquiry, Mitchell Junes (Chairman) suggested an order he made that packets of blended butter should be marked—- “ This packet includes blended butter.” Blenders counsel approved and said ‘Hhe words would cover the whole field and minimise practical difficulties with which blenders were faced.
