GRAHAM SENT FOR TRIAL. Australian Press Association.) MELBOURNE, Jan. 30The inquest on Molly Dean was concluded. Adam Graham was committed for trial. Bail was allowed of £IOOO, but the Governor refused to accept the accused’s brother as surety. Dectective Campbell gave evidence that the girl’s mother admitted that she had been carrying on an intrigue with Graham for several years. There had been q.nan-els with her daughter, who objected to her mother’s relations with Graham. Mrs Dean also said, according to the detective’s statement. “ If 1 did anything to help bring about her death, I cannot remember it.”
Graham, in a signed statement, characterised the story of his intimacy Wifi] Mi's Dean as a deliberate lie. MELBOURNE. Jan. 30.
The Coroner's verdict wn s that Alary Dean was murdered by Adam. Graham.,
