Professor Hassan, excavator of the tomb of Queen Cha, who was queen in the third dynasty, consisting of two chambers, one containing a sarcophagus surmounted by a golden bejewelled crown. The chamber was filled with furniture, golden toilet alabaster, and statuettes. The tomb apparently belongs to the mother of Tarsoankli whose body Hassan discovered last year, also in the Alatisoleum between the pyramids and sphinx which is described as underground city complete with roads and buildings, DEBATE IN 'COMMONS.
