Archbishop Redwood lias received advice from Rome that it has pleased His Holiness the Pope to raise to the ranks of the Domestic Prelates, the Very Rev. Fathers Connolly V.F.. Cullen V.F., and McManus V.F. This rank carries with it the title of Rt. Rev. Monsignor, and the wearing of purple. His Holiness lias also awarded Rev. Dr. Mcßae with the Cross Pro Ecclesia E-T Pontefice (i.c)
