Mrs Julia Wallace, the wife of an insurance agent, was brutally murdered at Liverpool while her husband was decoyed from home by a bogus telephone message When be returned, be found his wife battered to death, and insurance money in a cash box rifled. At present there is no cine 'o the perpetrator.
