DELHI, January 20

Amazing disclosures of an alleged plot to establish a National Government at Bombay wore made at the trial of twenty-five Indian Nationalist Congressmen, who were arrested on Christmas Day. Papers were found revealing that the headquarters of the movement were near Government House. There were plans to kill police officers, and Government officials, and burn police stations and also arming and inciting villagers as a preliminary to a general revolution. Several ot the accused were to be .Ministers in the new government. Another plan was to induce Indians to embarrass the Government by boycotting the post offices, saving hanks and the Government loans hv cashing Treasury Bills and postal certificates.
