It is understood that assuming all the Dominions are agreeable, the Governors-! leueral in all parts of the Empire will shortly fly a personal flag similar to Lord Clarendon’s. The design will be the same in all cases, only the lettering will he altered. It is stated that no special significance attaches to the decision, which has been under consideration for a long period with the object of evolving a symbol of personal representation of the King
