Representatives of the Australian and New Zealand dairy boards, IDitish ami consumers organisation meeting at the Royal Empire Society’s headquarters, decided to form an Empire Dairy Council to co-ordinate dairying interests throughout the Empire and promote prosperity in all branches of the industry, Including production, distribution and consumption.
Mr Way La nil a member of the House of Commons was elected chairman ol the constitution, which empowers taking steps to protect Homeland and Empire products against unfair competitions, particularly relating to hygonle conditions.
ECONOMIC COMMISSION
GENEVA, January 20
Though six States formulated renovations on the ground that the invitation to Russia and Turkey was premature, the Economic: Commission adopted, without amendment the sub-com-mittees resolutions cabled yesterday.
