(Received this dav at 9. a.m.). MELBOURNE, January 20. King’s Theatre in Exhibition Street Melbourne, was burned to-night. The flames were seen for many miles.

The Trades Hall Control Unemployment Comm’ttce declared the entire Government plan of relief “blade.” The men demand 14s lOd daily instead of 12s Lid as at present.
