WOOL SALES

One lp,t ,w;is. ..withdrawn because there were I no bids.'
Sales were confined to the southern territories’ wools, and totalled less than one hundred and fifty thousand pounds of wool. Only eleven .sale?, were recorded, consisting of six lots of better grade, and five lots of “scraps,” The lowest prir- was approximately fourpence per pound. The highest price was -fivepence. Prices not abouve those have been recorded for private-sales— in the, last few . days at thd Central Produce market.
