The Norwegian steamer, June, will bo clear of her phosphate cargo early next week, but will be detained at Port Chalmers as half of her crew are stranded at Lyttelton. They walked off there as a protest against the food served to them during the voyage to New Zealand. It is stated that the men will probably rejoin the vessel here. COMMUNITY CAPS. A NOVEL SCHEME.
