ATTEMPT TO FORCE STRIKE. (Australian Press Association.) (Received 10.10 a.in.) ADELAIDE, January 12. In an effort to force thei Trades and Labour Council to declare a general strike, following the riots on Friday, hundreds of unemployed barricaded the building at night, and kept the delegates captive until 5.30 in the morning. The imprisoned included many prominent Labour officials and several women. The Couilcil refused to reconsider their decision j not to call a general Strike,
