BIG INCREASE IN GERMANY. (United Pres's Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Cdpyright.) LONDON, December 24. While Britain’s weekly total of unemployed is 7370 fewer this week, being 2*299,593, which is 996,000 higher than last year. Germany’s lias increased by 278,000, and is now 3,997,000.
