SERIOUS ACCIDENTS
SYDNEY DISCLOSURES. (Australian Press Association) (Received this day at 10 30 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 23. The grim week-end of violent tragicdeaths was followed by a number of serious accidents. A man blew his brains out at Alosman. Another dropped dead at the door of an ambulance station. A girl was savagely attacked by a man with the butt of a rifle near Kyogle and is dying. A machinist was badly hurt when he dug an electric,drill ilnto a plug of gelignite in the road, at Woy Woy, A one legged man was badly burnt fighting a fire at Roseberry. A seaman fell down a ship’s hold. A youth met with a shocking accident when attempting to vault a spiked fence and became impaled, An old. man was gored to death by a bull at North Richmond and -eight were hurt when two trams collided at Brighton.
