On Thursday 25th, and Friday 26th December, and Thursday Ist January, country mails which are usually despatched on the above mentioned days vill not be d eoatchod until the usual time on the day following. Overland north mails will close as usual at 7.45 a.m. A delivery of town letters (registered as well as ordinary) will he mad® over the public counter between 7p.m. and 8 p.m. on the 24th and 31st instant.
