OILFIELDS REPORT. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.^ GISBORNE, December 19. Taranaki oil fields report for December 19th: —'NVaitangi No. 1 well. Good show of oil at 232 feet. EMPLOYEE INJURED. * TE KUITI, December 19. Patrick Mahoney, a Public Works employee and aged 63, single, uas standing on the road at Stubbs Junction, eight miles on the other side of Waitomo, when be was knocked down by a lorry and sustained a fractured collarbone and injured chest. His condition is fairly serious.
