CREDITORS* 'CRITICISM.. IBy Telegraph—Per Press Association AUCKLAND, December 15. ‘ Another meeting of the creditors of Philip Schneiderman, tailor, formerly of Auckland, now residing at Christchurch, was held followfcig the receipt of medical reports concerning bankrupt’s fitness to come to Auckland for examination on oath. Tire following motion was carried unanimously; “That in view of the weight of medical evidence, the creditors .are compelled to forego the examination of the bankrupt but,, desire to place on record their strong disapproval of the conduct of the bankrupt in incurring large liabilities. No satisfactory explanation is forthcoming to .show what has become of the assets and the creditors are of the opinion that debtor should not be given facilities .for again carrying on business.”
