INDIAN MURDER

I United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] . 7 (Received 10.20 a.m.) ■ DELHI, Decemliep. 877 A sensation has been caused hT Calcutta by the murder of Lieut. Colonel Simpson, Inspoeffh General of Prisons in Bengal, bv three young Bengalis, in his office. Mr Nelson, Judicial Secretary, was wounded. The assailants entered the .secretary-7 Simpson’s room and fired six shots, buildings and forced their way into killing liiin instantly. then dashed along a verandah shooting wildly, entefed Nelson’s room and shot him in the leg.
One of the murderers then poisoned himself and the. other two shot themselves. They are at present in a critical condition.
