WALKER V. LURICH. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association AUCKLAND, December 87 The professional wrestling contest between George Walker (13.5), and Tom Lurich (14.5), ended'in the sixth round, Walker winning by two falls to one. tValker gained a fall in the third round with a reverse toe-hold. Lurich evened in the fifth’ with a' fall by a body scissors and arm bar. Walker finalised in the sixth with a spin and body press. The match 1 was staged by the New Zealand Wrestling Association, and was witnessed by a large crowd. Walker maintained his undefeated record for the season, and his win was most popillar.
