ANOTHER WIN FOR BETTY. WELLINGTON, December 4. By her third win in the fourth Sanders Cup trial this evening, the Evans Bay boat Betty is practically assured of being sent to Dunedin in Febraury to compete in the Dominion contest tor the Sanders Cup. The trial was not marked by any spec al incidents except that Idono held the leading positon for about half the distance, when she was overtaken by Betty, who held the premier position until the end. The race was sailed in a light northerly in smooth water. The first four boats and the finishing times were:— Betty ... 7hr 29min 58sec. Wellesley 7hr 31min lOsec. Clyde 7hr 31min 30sec. Idono ... 7hr 31min 40sec.
