Then there was a Nationalist motion of confidence, which was decided to be not admissable for tactical reasons. Alter this there was a NationalistCorn munst motion of “no-confidence,” This was rejected by 291 votes to 156. The Bruening Cabinet will thus he able to proceed with its emergency legislation and its financial reforms.
