TUESDAY, DECEMBER'9th. NOTICES OF MOTION. 1. The Chairman to move:—“That the accounts for the month of November, 1930, as revised and recommended for payment, amounting to £ , be passed for payment.” 2. The Chairman to move:— I “That the Chairman’s report as before the meeting, be considered clause by clause, and the recommendations therein be adopted.” 3. The Chairman to move:— I hat the Council consent to the taking o the necessarv land on sections 935 (W. Wrmht) and 2425 (G. H. Fercuison) with the consent of the lessees as endorsed on section plan now before the Council.”
