N.Z. MOTOR VICTIM. NEW PLYMOUTH, December 4. Andrew Smith, the victim of the New South Wales motor accident, was a resident of New Plymouth for a number of years, where he was proprietor of a motor garage. He held a commission in the Territorials and saw service in the war. He was invalided home. He took a prominent part in amateur theatricals. Of recent years, he had resided in the South Island, in insurance business .
