WOMAN ROBBED
BY MAN WITH GUN. AT AUCKLAND SHOP. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association AUCKLAND, December 4. A sensational robbery occurred at the fruit and confectionery shop of Mrs C. Edsen, Park Road, city, late to-night A man entered the shop, and purchased chocolates, and then asked Mrs Edsen for the change of a ten pound note. AVhen she returned to the counter with ten single notes the man whipped out a revolver and said: “Say one word and I'll shoot.” He grabbed the notes from her hand and dashed out of the shop. The woman screamed and neighbours quickly arrived, but there Avas no trace of the man.
