AVitli typical ingenuity the prosecution cooly switched the charges against Ryabushinsk', cabled yesterday, to brother Vladmir, but hitherto has not solved the difficulty of explaining that Vishnegradski, another intermediary mentioned in the indictment was also dead when he was supposed to be conspiring.
