A TRAGEDY
MAN SHOOTS TWO WOMEN. A LOVE AFFAIR, (United Press Association—By Electric . Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 9 a.n VIENNA, Nov.- 26. Franz Khristina, a Czech Government .official, a central figure in a triple love .affair, a remarkably handsome. fellow, was charged with minder. He arranged with his fiancee, Elizabeth Matula,, and a friend. Zora Klasovits, to die together as all three loved each other. . They spent the day ten,ting, drinking and dancing and then went to a. romantic ruin, in Calvary mountain. He explained; “The girls wanted me to .shoot them straight away. No, I said, we will wait till midnight. Elizabeth asked to be shot first, but Zora pushed the revolver into my hands and said, ‘no, pie first.’ Still I waited.” Elizabeth said-—'“lt could have been over long ago.” Khristina concluded: —“All I know ite that I shot Elizabeth and then placed the pistol to my temple. Zora snatched it away. I took her head in my hands, she shut her eyes and X fired. Then terror overcame me and 'I rushed down the mountain and surrendered to the police.” Accused was sentenced to ten years.
