TERRITORIAL CAMPS
(jjy Telegraph—Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, November 25. The Minister of Defence explained to-day that the postponement of the military camps during the,,summer was purely an economy measure. It would have cost £25,000 to hold the camps which Lad been arranged, and the Government had decided that .this expenditure was too great.
