PALESTINE ISSUE. j . LONDON, November 22. Another interesting bye-election is progressing at Whitechapel, due to the death of the Labourite, Mr Harry Gosling. There is a huge Jewish vote here and the question of the British Government’s policy in Palestine is uppermost. Lord Melohett, in a message to the Whitechapel Jews, states that there is now their opportunity to strike a blow at the- Government.
