' NARROW ESCAPE.
FROM DROWNING FATALITY.

(Received this day at 8 a.no.) SYDNEY, November 22. Mrs Mowsar and her four year old daughter were thrown into a dam at Marrar, southern New South Wales, due to the oveturning of a sulky when a pony shied. Her husband, a local farmer, was unable to swim. He rushed to the spot ) tied : a ' rope' round his body and attached the' other - end to a fence, waded in beyond his depth and recovered the bodies separately. He blew down the victims throats and breathing gradually returned. Neighbours were summohed and applied orthodox resuscitation methods. The daughter - was soon completely - normal, hut the wife was seven hours in recovering. '
