THURSDAY, NOV. 20tE ;i (Before W. Meldrum, Esq., S.M.) DEBT CASE. Harcourts Motors (Mr Sellers) v. J. A. Collins claim £8 2s. Judgment lor plaintiff with costs 2os (id. ' LICENSING ACT. On charges of being on licensed premises after hours unlawfully, convictions were recorded as follows :- One offender (Dominion Hotel). Fined 20s and .costs 10s. One,offender (Occidental Hotel), ordered to pay costs 10s. Three offenders (Masonic Hotel), ordered to pay costs 10s each. BOROUGH bye-laws: W. E. Gaylor, Borough Inspector (Mr Park) charged E. Pfahlert with driving a motor car at a dangerous speed a.t the intersection of Brittan and Stafford streets. Fined 20s and costs 10s, solicitor 10s fid. Same v. Thos. Stopforthy a charge of allowing a hcr-e to wander, lined 10s and costs 10s, solicitor 10s 6d. Same v. John Timpson, 1 mare. Fined os and costs 20s 6d. MAINTENANCE. In a maintenance claim for arrears £49, the hearing was adjourned for further information to he supplied.
